Barking Dog Academy Puppy
Classes - Katherine Ariens grew up on her family's
ranch in Kentucky. As a young child, she began working with
all sorts of animals, both large and small. The family
raised dogs for hunting, protection and
companionship.
Katherine's
professional work with dogs has spanned over 25 years and
she has helped train over 2,000 dogs. She has attended
seminars and classes across the country and has exchanged
techniques with some of the world's top dog professionals.
Since coming to Punta Gorda some 11 years ago, Katherine has
built a reputation for being able to help problem dogs.
Without advertising, Katherine gets calls from dog owners
and local veterinarians with customers in need of help with
their pets. Satisfied customers that have seen real results
recommend Katherine to their friends and neighbors and the
list of happy clients and dogs continues to
grow.
Katherine believes that starting
a puppy off right is necessary to build a sound foundation
for a great companion dog. She has been conducting puppy
classes to train new owners and to properly socialize their
new puppy.
Classes are offered 3 nights per week here at the clinic.
Puppies ages 10 weeks - 4 months on Monday nights at 7 PM; 5
months - 12 months on Tuesday nights at 7 PM; 13 months - 17
months on Wednesday nights at 7 PM. All classes are 6 week
courses. Give your puppy a good head start to a happy life!
